We are a highly regarded physician-owned private practice. Dr. Fabian takes great pride in the quality of care he and his highly trained staff deliver. At Fabian Dermatology we provide comprehensive medical and surgical skin care. This includes the treatment of rashes, acne, and warts, as well as the treatment of benign, pre-malignant, and malignant growths. We focus on complete skin examinations to prevent, detect, and treat skin cancer. Dr. Fabian completed fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and is an expert in treating skin cancers such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma. Dr. Fabian has performed over 30,000 Mohs surgeries and is well prepared to deal with the most difficult cases. He has established a large local and national referral practice.

Fabian Dermatology was established in 2003 and has three convenient locations to serve Southwest Florida: Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers. We treat our patients like family and have developed long and meaningful relationships with them. Our staff is carefully selected and trained to provide expert care and comfort. They uniformly receive high praise from patients. We maintain a professional but relaxed environment to help allay any apprehensions patients may have. We are flexible and accommodate patients’ scheduling needs. Dr. Fabian is readily available to his patients at all times. Insurances

We participate with Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Aetna. Many other plans have out of network benefits that may allow you to receive care from our office. We do our best to verify insurance benefits but it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to cover any costs incurred beyond what insurance will cover.

We welcome self-pay patients, including visitors from Canada and Europe. We charge reasonable rates while maintaining a high standard of care.
